We offer two convenient shipping options to serve our global gardening community (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (for orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Returns & Exchanges
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Request must be made within 15 days of delivery
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

International Returns
