How should I store seeds I’m not planting immediately?
For best results, store unopened seed packets in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, we recommend using airtight containers in a refrigerator for long-term storage. Most seeds remain viable for 1-3 years when stored properly.

How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create an Account” after entering your email address. Having an account allows you to track orders, save your shipping information, and view order history.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

- Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx with tracking
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 business days via EMS with tracking
